Peter is a seasoned CEO and turn-around specialist. He was CEO for eight years of a Media Intelligence SaaS firm (with 1,000 employees) that specialized in content, E-Discovery, research, measurement and professional services whose clients include Fortune 500 companies, research firms as well as Advertising and PR Agencies. Peter recently led a professional services firm that specialized in SaaS and Media firms. His experience also includes management roles in companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, First Boston, and GE.
Peter’s expertise resides in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, software product development, turnaround execution, and M&A identification, execution and integration.
Peter holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Finance from Montclair State University.
Prakash has over 20 years of leadership experience in software engineering, product development, IT infrastructure, technology operations, mobile application development, and global team management. Over these years Prakash helped several companies build robust technology solutions – in domains including Mortgage, Financial, Publishing and Media.
Prakash was one of the founding team members to conceptualize, plan, develop and bring to market FiOS, Verizon’s broadband solution. More recently, as Vice-President of IT at VMS, Prakash helped build and manage IT development teams across 3 global regions and was instrumental in rolling out Insight-3, a market leading Media Intelligence platform. As a technologist, he is passionate about data and emerging technologies in the area of Big Data and its applications.
Prakash has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
Matthew Heim, Ph.D.

Matthew has been with inno360 for over five years, responsible for Business Development and Innovation Services. Prior to coming to inno360, he has spent over a decade working exclusively in the areas of strategy and innovation, helping hundreds of companies reinvent their internal innovation capabilities through a combination of software and services.
Matthew has worked on five continents, adapting his experience to the diverse needs of companies around the globe. He has held executive leadership positions in top innovation & strategy firms, such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Clarkston Consulting and NineSigma. Prior to his work in collaborative innovation, Matthew spent over 15 years performing corporate turnarounds for global 1000 companies in North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
Matthew is the author and co-author of six books, including the bestseller, A Guide to Open Innovation and Crowdsourcing. He holds various degrees from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and the University of Maryland, including a Ph.D. in Systems Science, an MS in Systems Management, an MA in Human Development and a BS in Computer Science.
